Dunedin, FL – SUV Crashes into Houses, Injures Three Teenagers

Dunedin, FL (July 17, 2020) – A driver lost control of their vehicle for reasons still being investigated this past Wednesday on a roadway in Dunedin causing injuries to three teenage individuals. 

The crash was responded to by the Pinellas County Sheriff’s office. It occurred on July 15 in the morning hours when a teenage driver lost control of their vehicle while traveling on Garrison Road. Once control was lost, the SUV drove under a fence and into several houses before crashing on Serenity Lane.

A total of four teenagers were present inside the vehicle at the time of the collision. Three of them sustained injuries and were transported to local hospitals for treatment. It is believed that none of the injuries were critical in nature. 

People were present inside of their homes while they were struck by the black SUV, though no one was hurt. 

Witnesses were able to snap some photographs of the SUV after the accident. They showed the black SUV with severe front end damage and a large amount of debris scattered across the roadway. 

No other information pertaining to the crash and its circumstances have been released at this point in time. A police investigation into the details of the collision will be carried out.
