Marion County, FL – Injury Crash on Midway Road With Roadblocks

Marion County, FL (April 23, 2020) – A car accident happened in Marion County yesterday evening that left at least one individual with injuries. 

The crash occurred around 6:00 p.m. on Midway Road near the intersection with Cedar Road in Ocala. At least two vehicles collided for reasons still under investigation. Florida Highway Patrol and other emergency personnel responded.

At least one person was hurt in the accident, though their condition and identity, unfortunately, remain unknown.

The incident caused roadblocks in the area and travelers were urged to find alternate routes. 

An investigation will continue into the accident and its circumstances. No further information is available at this time.
