Franklin, MO (September 14, 2023) – Two vehicles collided on Wednesday, September 13, 2023, at Route AT and O.
At 7:36 a.m., CPL. M. W. Hedlund reported a 2003 Dodge Dakota heading westbound experienced equipment failure.
A 2022 Chevrolet Silverado traveling eastbound then hit the Dodge.
In the Dodge, the 17-year-old male driver from Catawissa, MO, had minor injuries.
Akins Towing towed his car.
A female occupant, 17, from Pacific, MO, also had minor injuries.
Meramec Ambulance took her to SSM Health St. Clare Hospital.
Anthony Tobben, 37, from Union, MO, drove the Chevrolet.
He sustained minor injuries and was transported to Mercy Hospital Washington. Sturm’s Towing cleared his vehicle.
The investigation is still ongoing.
