Fredericksburg, VA (January 29, 2023) – A traffic accident was reported in the Fredericksburg area on Friday evening that ended in injuries. At 4:15 p.m., on January 27, the Police Department and firefighters out of Fredericksburg responded to the scene of a traffic accident on Cambridge Street.
According to law enforcement, a collision between vehicles occurred on Cambridge Street at the intersection of Truslow Road.
The incident blocked multiple lanes in the area, prompting officials to close off the scene as they worked to clear the road.
Emergency medical services responded to the scene to care for the victims who suffered injuries. Medics transported those who required further assistance to local hospitals.
The police department is actively investigating the accident.
