Head-On Collisions in Florida
Head-on collisions are among the most dangerous types of crashes, often leading to severe or fatal injuries. When vehicles cross into oncoming traffic, drivers have little time to react, making high-speed impacts especially devastating. Factors such as distracted driving, fatigue, or medical emergencies can contribute to these types of accidents.
Victims of head-on crashes and their families may face medical expenses, lost wages, and long-term recovery challenges. Florida law allows injured individuals and surviving family members to seek compensation for damages when applicable. Investigations help determine the cause of such crashes and can lead to safety improvements.
