Galesville, MD (May 23, 2023) – On May 21, emergency crews were called to the scene of a crash that took place in the Galesville area.
Around 930 p.m., emergency officials were notified that a crash occurred on muddy Creek Road.
Reports indicate that a 2022 Yamaha motorcycle was traveling south along the roadway when he became involved in a collision with a 2004 Toyota Tacoma pickup truck.
The motorcyclist, identified as 34-year-old Jennifer Lynn McDermott, was ejected from her vehicle. She suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene by Anne Arundel County Fire Department.
The driver of the Toyota, a 46-year-old man, was not injured.
At this time, the incident is being investigated.
