Germantown, MD (February 16, 2023) – One person was transported to a local hospital with injuries following a motor vehicle accident that occurred in the Germantown area on Tuesday morning.
At around 9:10 a.m. on February 14, emergency crews were notified that two vehicles collided in the 19600 block of Rhinestone Drive.
The police and firefighters responded to the scene and closed off the roadway near Crystal Rock Drive. Crews worked extensively to remove the damaged vehicles from the roadway.
One person sustained injuries in the accident and had to be transported to a local hospital for further care. The victim was identified as an adult.
At this time, the Montgomery County Police Department is investigating the accident.
