Germantown, MD (March 12, 2023) – On Friday evening, the Montgomery County Police Department and firefighters were called to provide assistance at the scene of an accident in the Germantown area that ended in injuries.
The police and area firefighters responded to the scene of the accident and closed off multiple lanes on the southbound side near Route 118 and Middlebrook Road.
Authorities worked quickly to remove the damaged vehicles from the scene of the accident.
Emergency medical services with the Montgomery County Fire & Rescue Services responded to care for the injured victims and transported them to local hospitals.
The circumstances surrounding the accident are being investigated.
