Grand County, CO (March 12, 2025) – A rollover crash involving two vehicles sent multiple people to the hospital Tuesday evening on Highway 40 near milepost 208.
According to the Colorado State Patrol, the crash occurred at approximately 6:06 p.m. when a GMC Sierra and a Ford Expedition collided, causing the Expedition to overturn.
Emergency responders arrived at the scene and provided medical care to those involved. One adult from the GMC Sierra and two adults from the Ford Expedition sustained injuries and were transported to the hospital. A child who was in the Expedition was not injured but was taken to the hospital with their parents as a precaution.
Authorities have not yet released details regarding the cause of the accident. The Colorado State Patrol continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.
