Griggs County, ND (September 4, 2020) – A man from West Fargo is recovering in the hospital following a weekend farming accident.
The accident occurred near Cooperstown this past Saturday morning when Ryan Hoverson, aged 32, and another unidentified individual were working on a fence for a farm. The parking brake of the tractor they were using failed for unknown reasons causing Hoverson to be run over by the tractor.
Hoverson was airlifted by Sanford Airmed to a hospital in Fargo in order to receive treatment for critical injuries he sustained in the accident.
No other injuries were reported to have resulted from the farming crash.
An investigation into the circumstances of the wreck will be carried out by local police.
