Grundy, VA – Two-Vehicle Wreck with Injuries blocks Riverside Dr

Grundy, VA (July 15, 2023) – At around 3:15 p.m. on July 13, a crash was reported in the Grundy area that ended in injuries.

According to reports provided by local law enforcement, a blue Ford pickup truck and a small blue Chevy SUV collided in the area of 26824 Riverside Drive. The crash prompted the response of multiple law enforcement agencies, who went to work immediately on securing the roadway.

Emergency crews remained on-site for an extended period as they worked to remove the vehicles.

Two ambulances responded to the scene of the crash to provide care to victims and transport them to local hospitals.

At this time, investigations to determine what caused this accident are underway.
