Hagerstown, MD (December 5, 2022) – An 18-year-old male has died as a result of a traffic accident that occurred near Knoxville early Sunday morning. At around 2:30 a.m., on December 4, the Maryland State Police responded to a crash on Route 67.
According to reports, a Chevrolet Equinox was traveling on Route 67 when it became involved in a crash near Park Hall Road. The vehicle went off the roadway and crashed into a tree.
A passenger in the Chevrolet, 18-year-old Dylan Fagnano, suffered severe injuries in the crash. He was rushed to Meritus Medical Center, where he later died from his injuries.
The driver of the vehicle, 18-year-old Wyatt Earp, was transported to Meritus Medical Center for the treatment of injuries.
The incident remains under investigation at this time by the state police.
