Halfmoon, NY (November 15, 2022) – Authorities say that one person lost their life in a tragic crash that took place in the town of Halfmoon. The deadly accident happened at the intersection of New York State Route 146 and Farm to Market Road.
According to law enforcement, 69-year-old Frances Fay, of Saratoga Springs, made a turn at the intersection when her vehicle was struck by a commercial truck. Emergency crews were called to the scene a short time later.
Fay was pronounced deceased by responding paramedics. The driver of the truck sustained non-life-threatening injuries as a result of the crash.
