Hampton, VA (September 17, 2025) – A traffic accident with injuries was reported Tuesday afternoon at the major intersection of Commander Shepard Blvd and Neil Armstrong Pkwy in Hampton. Emergency crews from Hampton Fire and Rescue, including Engine 8 and Medic units, were dispatched to the scene just after 3:15 p.m. to assist the injured and assess roadway safety.
Upon arrival, first responders located a two-vehicle crash that may have also affected traffic near the nearby intersection of Spinnaker Way. The incident was confirmed as a single crash scene after some initial confusion over overlapping reports. Units remained on-site to provide emergency care and coordinate with police.
