Harris County, TX ( July 7, 2023) – Following a serious collision on Thursday, July 6th, 2023, that left two children injured, Harris County deputies are investigating.
The collision occurred at approximately 7:29 p.m.
According to the authorities, a white Mini Cooper was stopped at the intersection of Airline Drive and another road when a dark-colored Camaro was reportedly seen driving northbound on Airline Drive.
At that time, according to the authorities, the Mini Cooper drove into the intersection, where the Camaro then struck it.
The driver of the Mini Cooper, a grandmother, and two of her grandchildren, ages 3 and 5, were all injured in the collision and were taken to the hospital.
According to reports, the children’s conditions have been described as critical.
The driver of the Camaro was reported to have sustained only minor injuries and to be in stable condition after the collision.
