Havana Twp, MN (September 19, 2023) – On Tuesday, September 19, 2023, at 5:31 a.m., a Chevrolet traveling SB on 44th Ave collided with an International tractor moving EB on Hwy 14.

Michael Joseph Vogel, 63, from Madison Lake, MN, drove the International.

Owatonna Hospital treated his injuries.

Kirk Bradley Ruzek, 55, from Owatonna, MN, drove the Chevrolet and sustained similar injuries.

He was also taken to Owatonna Hospital.

Owatonna Fire and Mayo Ambulance provided on-scene assistance.

The investigation is still ongoing.
