Henrico County, VA (December 26, 2022) – A major fire incident took place in Henrico County on Saturday morning that left multiple people injured. At around 2 a.m., on December 24, the Henrico County Fire Department responded to the scene of a fire incident on Quinn Abbey Lane.

According to reports, a fire broke out inside of the home located in the 3600 block of Quinn Abbey Lane during the early morning hours. The incident caused severe damage to the structure.

Several neighbors rushed to the home and attempted to rescue the adult and children that were inside. Firefighters arrived at the scene and began battling the blaze.

A total of seven people, five adults and two children, all suffered injuries. The seven victims, which includes four neighbors that were trying to help rescue those trapped inside the home, were all transported to area hospitals. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
