Henry County, GA (July 23, 2023) – As the Georgia State Patrol reported, a devastating multiple-vehicle crash on Interstate 75 at mile marker 225 in Henry County has resulted in two fatalities and one person seriously injured.
According to GSP, the incident was triggered when a pickup truck experiencing a mechanical issue collided with the jersey barrier.
Subsequently, three passengers in the pickup truck exited the vehicle and were struck by another passing vehicle.
Another vehicle appears to have been involved in the collision, but GSP did not provide specific details.
The deceased has been identified as 49-year-old Angelica M. Munoz-Luna and 22-year-old Adamaris Castillo, both from Garland, Texas.
Meanwhile, 23-year-old Jacqueline Robles, also from Garland, sustained severe injuries.
49-year-old Elias Robles drove the pickup truck, while 31-year-old Tevin Riley of Perry and 31-year-old Dinhduc Le of Morrow drove the other involved vehicles.
