Henry County, VA (April 12, 2021) – One man has lost his life following a motor vehicle accident in Henry County on Saturday. At around 3:25 p.m., on April 10, emergency crews were called to the scene of a crash on Route 220.
Reports from authorities show that a 2010 Chevrolet Tahoe was traveling south on Route 220 when it collided with a 1998 Toyota Tacoma. The driver of the Tacoma, 35-year-old Joshua Lee Williams, was fatally injured in the accident. The Virginia State Police declared the man deceased at the scene.
The driver of the Tahoe, Edward Stevens, and his three passengers were all transported to local hospitals for treatment of injuries. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
