Hibbing, MN (September 18, 2023) – A motorcycle and a black Ford Focus collided on Saturday, September 16, 2023. 

The incident occurred at 8:45 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 73 and County Road 16.

The Ford Focus, moving west on County Road 16, turned left, cutting off the southbound motorcycle on Highway 73. 

The bike was a 2013 Harley-Davidson FLHX. 

The motorcycle driver was Michael Wayne Stevenson, 53, from Onamia, MN. 

He sustained injuries. 

Rebecca Ruth Horihan, 43, a passenger, also suffered injuries.

The investigation is still ongoing.
