Hickory, MO (September 14, 2023) – A significant crash happened at MO 64 and Pittsburg on Wednesday, September 13, 2023, at 1:20 p.m. SGT W R Schafer reported to the scene.
Charles B. Smith, 56, drove a southbound 2007 Honda Ridgeline. It got totaled, and Stauffers Towing removed it.
Smith, from Pittsburg, MO, suffered moderate injuries.
EMS transported him to Citizens Memorial Hospital, Bolivar.
IN PITTSBURG, Rose M Williams, 77, steered a northbound 2011 Toyota Prius.
It also faced total damage. Stauffers Towing attended it.
Williams sustained serious injuries and was airlifted to Cox South, Springfield.
The Prius failed to yield, causing it to intersect with the Ridgeline’s path.
The investigation is still ongoing.
