Hillsville, VA (March 3, 2023) – A plane crash was reported in Carroll County that claimed the life of 74-year-old Caleb Glick.
Reports from authorities show that a Cessna 150G took off from the local area and was traveling to the Burlington Alamance Regional Airport in North Carolina. However, the plaintiff never arrived.
Authorities began searching the area on Monday for the plane with no success. On Tuesday, they resumed the search when the weather conditions allowed them to do so. The wreckage was discovered in the 1600 block a little bit Road in Hillsville.
The pilot of the plane, identified as Glick, was fatally injured. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.
This time, the incident remains under investigation.
