Huntington Beach, CA – Pedestrian Fatally Struck by SUV on Beach Blvd, Woman Killed

Huntington Beach, CA (July 25, 2023) – In Huntington Beach, Florida, tragedy struck on Sunday, July 23, 2023, around 11 p.m.

A 34-year-old woman died after being struck by an SUV while walking on Beach Boulevard, north of Williams Drive.

The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.

An 18-year-old Upland woman driving a 2019 Hyundai Kona remained at the location and cooperated with authorities.

No signs of impairment were detected.

According to Huntington Beach Police Department public information officer Jessica Cuchilla, the incident occurred in the left lane, and the pedestrian was outside the crosswalk.

The investigations are still ongoing.
