Huntington, NY (May 7, 2023) – The Suffolk police confirmed that 50-year-old Adam Siepel suffered injuries as a result of a bicycle accident that took place on Saturday afternoon, May 6.
According to officials, around 3:10 p.m., Siepel was riding a bicycle on New York Avenue when he was struck by a 2018 Chevrolet pickup truck near the intersection of Gristmill Lane.
Siepel suffered critical injuries as a result of the crash. He was transported to Huntington Hospital for emergency medical care. The driver of the pickup, a 52-year-old man, was not injured in the crash.
At this time, the incident is being investigated.
