Jacksonville, FL (November 28, 2024) – A tragic crash claimed the life of a 20-year-old motorcyclist Wednesday morning on Roosevelt Blvd near Jacksonville’s Naval Air Station. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the young man was traveling north on a Suzuki motorcycle when he collided with a semi-truck that had turned left onto 120th St, heading toward the Naval Air Station’s gate on Allegheny Rd. The motorcyclist was unable to stop in time and crashed into the truck, tragically dying at the scene.
First responders were quickly on the scene, but despite their efforts, the motorcyclist succumbed to his injuries.
