Jamestown West, NY – Southwestern Dr & Baker St Crash Results in Injuries

Jamestown West, NY (July 14, 2023) – A motor vehicle accident reportedly took place in the Jamestown West area that resulted in injuries to at least one of the involved parties.

At around 5:15 p.m. on July 11, the Jamestown Police Department and area firefighters responded to the scene of a crash that took place on Baker Street at the intersection of Southwestern Drive.

Medics responded to care for the injured victims while on-site. At least one person was transported to a local hospital, where they were treated for the injuries that they suffered.

The incident prompted the closure of the roadway as emergency officials remained at the scene while working to clear the damaged vehicles and debris from the travel lanes.

The police department is currently investigating the accident.
