Jonestown, TX – Fatal Motorcycle Crash on FM 1431 Leaves One Dead and Another Injured

Jonestown, TX ( July 24, 2023) –  On a Sunday morning, July 23rd, 2023, a fatal motorcycle crash occurred on FM 1431.

Austin-Travis County EMS and other emergency crews responded to the scene after being notified of the crash just before 9 a.m.

The incident involved two motorcycles, and two patients were initially marked as trauma alerts.

One patient was set to be transported by air via Travis County Star Flight, and the other was to be taken by ambulance.

In a later update, ATCEMS officials reported that one patient tragically died at the crash scene.

One adult trauma patient was also taken to St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center with serious injuries.
