Kansas City, MO (September 18, 2023) – A motorcyclist suffered serious injuries on Sunday, September 17, 2023, after a crash on Interstate 70.
Around 5:15 p.m., the driver, on a blue Kawasaki, was westbound on I-70.
He lost control near Benton Boulevard, hitting a construction sign and several cones.
The crash ejected the driver from his motorcycle.
The bike then caught fire, resting on a highway barrier.
The motorcyclist, helmetless, was seriously injured and hospitalized.
At the time, he was following friends in a Honda.
The investigation is still ongoing.
