Landover Hills, MD (April 10, 2023) – Authorities confirmed that 66-year-old Michael Ray Sr. has died as a result of an automobile accident that took place in Landover Hills on Wednesday evening.
Around 5:00 p.m. on April 5, the police and firefighters under Prince George’s County responded to the scene of a crash that occurred on Annapolis Road.
Reports show that Ray was driving eastbound on Annapolis Road when his vehicle collided with a second vehicle near Cooper Lane.
Ray was significantly injured as a result of the crash. He was rushed to an area hospital, where he later passed away from his injuries.
Three other victims involved in the accident were transported to area hospitals for emergency care.
These circumstances surrounding the collision are being investigated by the Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Unit at this time.
