Lecanto, FL (March 12, 2025) – A fatal accident was reported on Wednesday morning along W Homosassa Trl in Lecanto. According to the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the crash was dispatched at 7:11 a.m., with emergency responders arriving on the scene by 7:18 a.m.
Upon arrival, paramedics and law enforcement officers found at least one fatality at the crash site. Authorities have not yet disclosed the victim’s identity or details about any additional injuries.
