Lexington, KY – Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-75N Results in Fatality

Lexington, KY (November 21, 2023) – A fatal multi-vehicle collision occurred on I-75 in Lexington on Monday, November 20, near mile marker 115. The crash happened around 6:50 AM, with Exit 115 leading to Newtown Pike being the nearest exit.

The accident involved three vehicles, including a Georgetown Police cruiser and a semi-truck. Fortunately, no officers sustained injuries. However, 26-year-old Noah Madison Bailey Shuck from Lexington was critically injured and later succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.

The right lane of I-75N was closed for hours as crews worked on the scene. Lexington police are currently investigating the crash’s cause.
