Lincoln, NE (March 18, 2025) – A pedestrian lost his life after being struck by a vehicle in south Lincoln on Friday night.
According to the Lincoln Police Department, the crash occurred around 9:21 p.m. near the intersection of South 10th Street and High Street. A driver traveling northbound on 10th Street struck a pedestrian, identified as 42-year-old Thomas See, who was crossing east.
Emergency responders quickly transported See to a nearby hospital with life-threatening injuries. Tragically, he later succumbed to his injuries.
Authorities closed northbound 10th Street while investigators worked to determine the circumstances of the crash. As of the latest update, no citations have been issued, and officials have not disclosed whether speed, impairment, or other factors played a role in the incident.
