Lockport, NY – Two-Vehicle Injury Accident Reported on Olcott Rd near Bixler Rd

Lockport, NY (July 14, 2023) – The Lockport Police Department was requested to provide assistance to area firefighters following a motor vehicle accident that occurred during the evening hours on Wednesday, July 12.

According to local news sources, two vehicles collided on Olcott Road at the intersection of Bixler Road at around 8:24 p.m. Authorities responded and immediately went to work removing the damaged vehicles and debris from the roadway.

Wrights Corners ambulance was requested at the scene to provide medical care to the victims who suffered injuries as a result of the accident. Emergency medical services then transported the injured parties to local hospitals, where they were provided further medical care.

The police in Lockport are currently investigating to determine what caused the accident to take place.
