Long Island, NY (July 5, 2023) – A crash involving multiple vehicles took place on Monday in the Lake Grove neighborhood that resulted in injuries.
According to the Suffolk County Police Department, at around 10:50 a.m. on July 3, a 2003 Honda Accord, driven by 23-year-old John Sinkweich, was traveling north on Nicholls Road.
As the Honda crossed over Nesconset Highway, the vehicle collided with a 2002 Infiniti, which was traveling east on the road. The Honda then collided with a 2022 Honda CRV, which was facing westward on the highway.
Sinkweich was injured in the accident and transported to Stony Brook University Hospital for emergency treatment. The driver of the Infiniti, 37-year-old Melissa Aglialora, was injured in the accident and transported to the same hospital.
At this time, the incident is being investigated.
