Malta, NY – Injuries Follow Car Crash on I-87 near Exit 12

Malta, NY (July 10, 2023) – At least one person was left injured as a result of an automobile accident that occurred in the Malta area.

On July 10, the New York Police Department was notified that a multi-vehicle collision occurred on Interstate 87 Northway. The crash blocked multiple southbound lanes near Exit 12.

Injuries were confirmed as a result of this crash. Medics responded to the scene to provide treatment to injured victims and transport those who required further medical assistance to area hospitals.

The crash is being investigated by the police in Malta at this time.
