Manhattan, NY (February 10, 2023) – On Friday morning, February 10th, authorities in the Inwood section of Manhattan responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident involving a bicyclist. The incident was reported at around 10:13 a.m. at the intersection of West 204th Street and Sherman Avenue.
Reports show that an unidentified person was riding a bicycle at or near the junction when they were struck by a vehicle that entered the area. First responders, including police, paramedics, and other emergency crews, promptly arrived at the scene to assist the victim and assess the nature of the crash.
The cyclist was injured in the crash and treated at the scene by EMTs. At this time, their exact condition has not been specified.
Police investigators are actively conducting an inquiry to determine the cause of the collision.
