Manhattan, NY (April 1, 2023) – A pedestrian was left injured as a result of a crash that took place in Washington Heights on Saturday morning.
Just before 12:40 a.m. on April 1, the police and firefighters were notified that an accident occurred on West 158th Street.
Authorities arrived at the scene and located a pedestrian that was struck by a vehicle near the intersection of Amsterdam Avenue.
The pedestrian suffered injuries as a result of the accident. Emergency medical services responded to care for the injured victim. The pedestrian was then transported to an area hospital for further treatment.
The circumstances surrounding the accident are currently being investigated.
