Manhattan, NY – Pedestrian Struck by Truck at E 7th St & 1st Ave Results in Hospitalization

Manhattan, NY (November 19, 2023) – A serious pedestrian-vehicle collision occurred in Manhattan on the morning of Friday, November 17. Emergency teams arrived at the intersection of East 7th Street and 1st Avenue around 9:00 a.m., following reports of the accident. Initial findings indicate a man was hit by a truck at this location. Upon arrival, paramedics found the man unresponsive and immediately transported him to the hospital for urgent medical attention.

Authorities in Manhattan are actively investigating to ascertain the crash’s cause. As of now, no further information has been disclosed regarding the incident or the man’s current condition.
