Mankato, MN (September 18, 2023) – A pickup and car collision occurred on Highway 22 near County Road 26 on Sunday, September 17, 2023, just before 4 p.m.

The Minnesota State Patrol confirmed both vehicles were southbound when the crash occurred.

Ross Pettit, 50, from Kasota, drove the pickup and sustained injuries.

Gavin Harrison, 24, of Mankato, drove the car and suffered injuries.

Both were taken to Mayo Clinic Mankato with injuries.

A passenger in Pettit’s pickup remained uninjured.

The investigation into the crash is still ongoing.
