Marietta, GA (November 16, 2022)  – A serious injury accident happened in Cobb County on the evening of November 16. Emergency crews were sent to the wreck site to help those involved and investigate the details of the accident.

Sources say the incident occurred on Interstate 75 near Delk Road. Two or more vehicles crashed in the area, causing significant traffic delays. 

Five lanes of traffic were blocked while emergency personnel worked in the area. One or more victims required emergency transport to the hospital due to the extent of their injuries. 

The names of the involved individuals have not been reported at this time. Police asked local drivers to use Highway 41/the Cobb Parkway as an alternate route.
