Marion County, FL (September 18, 2023) – A pedestrian suffered critical injuries in a hit-and-run on County Road 464 near Spring Lake Road Saturday night, September 16, 2023.
Around 9 p.m., a car driven by a 60-year-old Ocala man hit the pedestrian, identified by FHP as male.
Another vehicle then struck the man and fled the scene.
The hit-and-run vehicle might be dark-colored, per troopers.
Authorities are working to identify the injured pedestrian.
The investigation is still ongoing.
