Marlboro, NY (May 20, 2023) – The Marlboro Police Department confirmed that 36-year-old Kaylyn Anna Touhey lost her life following a motor vehicle accident that took place on Tuesday, May 16.
According to reports provided by the Marlboro Police Department, a black Nissan was traveling north on Route 9W when the vehicle collided with a white Nissan, which was operated by Touhey. The impact of the crash forced the Nissan into the southbound lane, where it collided with the tow truck.
Touhey suffered serious injuries as a result of the crash. She was transported to MidHudson Regional Hospital in Poughkeepsie by ambulance for emergency care. The authorities confirmed that she passed away after arriving.
At this time, the incident is being investigated.
