A woman became trapped under a semi-truck in the accident.
She was sent to the University of Louisville Hospital due to pain.
Police suspect she was intoxicated during the crash; drug test results await.
The crash blocked the northbound lane from around 6 a.m.
Memphis is located roughly 30 minutes from Louisville.
