Miami, FL – Pedestrian Accident in Southwest Miami-Dade Crash, One Person Killed

Miami, FL (July 24, 2023)- On Monday morning, July 24, 2023, a pedestrian was fatally struck in southwest Miami-Dade.

Shortly before 6 a.m., police were called to the intersection of SW 112th Avenue and SW 211th Street.

No information about the crash itself was released, but authorities did say the driver remained at the scene.

The fate of any potential criminal charges stemming from the collision is currently unknown.

As the investigation by Miami-Dade Police Department progresses, the victim’s identity will be confirmed.
