Milledgeville, GA (May 26, 2021) – At approximately 5:15 p.m. on the evening of Sunday, May 23, a three-car collision happened in Milledgeville that resulted in injuries. The incident happened on Hammock Road, according to reports.
Officials stated that the incident occurred on Hammock Road at the intersection with North Columbia Street between a Cadillac CTS, a Dodge Ram, and a Toyota RAV4. The Cadillac was headed south on North Columbia in the left lane when the Dodge Ram entered the intersection. The Ram struck the RAV4 and the Cadillac upon entering the intersection.
Numerous responders including police and paramedics were dispatched to the scene shortly after the collision occurred. All three involved drivers sustained injuries in the wreck. The parties were identified as three males, aged 46, 72, and 40.
The area in which the collision took place was closed to local drivers while emergency crews were present. No further information is available concerning the details of the incident at this time.
