Montgomery Village, MD (February 14, 2023) – A pedestrian was transported to a local hospital with traumatic injuries as a result of a crash that occurred in the Montgomery Village area on Monday morning.
At around 9:10 a.m. on February 13, emergency crews were called to the site of an accident on Snouffer School Road.
Preliminary reports provided by the police show that a collision between vehicles occurred on Snouffer School Road in the area of Goshen Road. One vehicle driver lost control and went off the roadway, where they struck a pedestrian. The incident prompted the police and firefighters to block off multiple lanes as they worked to clear the scene.
The young adult pedestrian was transported to a local medical facility, where they underwent further treatment for their injuries.
The crash remains under investigation at this time.
