Fatal Motorcycle Accidents in Kaysville
In 2017, there were a total of 273 fatal car accidents in Utah according to accident statistics recorded by the Utah Department of Public Safety. Of these 273 deaths, 39 of them (about 14%) were motorcyclists.
When you take into account that only 3% of all registered vehicles in the state are motorcycles, it becomes obvious that accidents involving motorcycles have a much higher risk of fatalities than other kinds of vehicle collisions.
