Elko Co, NV (April 26, 2020) – Three people were killed in a plane accident in Elko County in northern Nevada on Friday night, April 24th. It was confirmed that a man, woman, and a young boy were killed. The adults were later identified as Thomas A. Kvanvig, 48, and Stacie M. Kvanvig, 49, of Chandler, Arizona.
The site of the crash was located in the Goshute Valley, about 20 miles west of the Utah-Nevada state line. The plane was reportedly trying to land when it nosedived and crashed, for unknown reasons. No further details on the crash are known at this time.
Local authorities are continuing to investigate the accident.
