Paradise, NV (July 21, 2020) – Emergency response units and Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department officials were called to the scene of a pedestrian injury on Sunday, July 19. Initial reports revealed that the collision took place at around 9:42 p.m.
According to reports from local authorities, a pedestrian was struck by a motor vehicle in the central valley area. The site of the accident was located near the intersection of Flamingo Road and Hospitality Circle. At this time, the cause of the crash is unknown.
The injured pedestrian was transported to a nearby medical facility for the treatment of sustained injuries. At this time, the severity of the injuries is unknown. It is believed that the resulting injuries were non-life-threatening.
While investigators and paramedics were at the scene, the intersection was closed.
