Albuquerque, NM (July 19, 2020) – Last night, authorities responded to the scene of a car accident at an intersection in Albuquerque.
The accident happened at 11:22 p.m. when numerous responders were dispatched to the scene of a car accident that took place between two or more vehicles at a local intersection. The vehicles collided for unknown reasons at the intersection of Golinda Road and Messina Drive.
Responders including the Albuquerque Police Department, ABQ Fire, and paramedics were present at the scene of the accident. They assisted those with injuries, though the extent of the injuries is not yet known. One or more victims were hospitalized as a result of the accident.
The roadway was closed down in the area of the intersection for an extended period of time after it occurred. Police quickly worked to clear the scene.
